The
Comptroller-General of Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS, David Parradang has
announced that the Service is now ready to conduct aptitude test for applicants
who applied to be recruited in to the NIS this month.
He
made this known while speaking at an interactive section with Journalists at
the NIS headquarters in Abuja on Thursday.
While
explaining that the recruitment exercise is being carried out by both the Civil
Defence, Fire, Immigration and Prison Services Board, the Comptroller-General
said the delay was to ensure that all qualified candidates were shortlisted...>>>>
The
exam proper, he said, will hold on the 15th of March, 2014.
According
to Deputy Comptroller-General, Human Resource Manager, Malgwi Henry Yasika,
recruitment and allied processes are now at an advanced stage. “The recruitment
will take place between this month and next month,” he noted.
Yasika
who said all the shortlisted candidates will travel to their respective states
of origin for the aptitude test, added that training will commence immediately
after recruitment.
